BIOGRAPHY OF THEODORE L. TSORAS, ESQ.

Theodore L. Tsoras was born and raised in Wheeling, WV, and attended Linsly School, where he graduated in 1986. Following high school, Ted attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After working in sales and sales management in several industries, Ted decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney.

Law School

In July 2003, Ted left his employment as a pharmaceutical representative to pursue his dream. In January 2004, Ted began attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. He excelled academically, and graduated magna cum laude in 2006. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in November 2006 and West Virginia in June 2007. He is a member of the Ohio and West Virginia Bar Associations.

First Experiences
Upon his family's return to Powhatan Point, OH in 2005, Ted became employed by Robinson Law Offices in Wheeling, WV. While working for Robinson Law Office from 2005 to 2013, his work focused on helping clients in cases involving serious injury, wrongful death, insurance bad-faith litigation and employment-related litigation. From 2008 until his resignation in 2013, Ted was the lead trial attorney for Robinson Law Offices.

Fighting For You
Ted has deep experience representing clients charged with various criminal offenses. He understands the negative consequences criminal convictions can have on your rights, liberties and freedoms as a United States Citizen. Ted will vigorously defend your rights and fight to minimize the consequences that a criminal charge or conviction may have on your and your family's lives.

Practices

In addition to his experience in personal injury and criminal defense, Ted has helped many families coping with the struggles of going through a divorce and other family-related law issues such as dissolutions, domestic violence and juvenile court proceedings. He has also helped families probate the estates of their deceased loved ones as well as helping them with their own estate planning.

Achievements
Over the past several years, Ted has helped several families in the Ohio Valley understand the oil and gas Industry. In addition to negotiating mineral leases and contract disputes, he also has experience in surface-owner disputes, professional liability, mineral right disputes, right of ways and easements, as well as quieting titles.
